It introduces deemed export benefits for domestic suppliers to nuclear power projects with a capacity of 440 MW or more, provided competitive bidding procedures are followed. New provisions are added to the Project Authority Certificate and Certificate of Payments formats to reflect these benefits. These changes aim to streamline processes and support domestic suppliers in the nuclear sector.
