A new proviso extends the application filing period to 180 days for lost DEPB shipping bills. Changes to Appendix 19B include required documents for SEH, ISEH, ISSEH, ISSSEH applications, such as project approvals and financial certifications. Amendments to Appendix 28A adjust DEPB rates and value caps for various product groups including engineering, chemicals, plastics, electronics, and textiles. These changes aim to streamline procedures and update the DEPB rate list.
