of <h1>Advance Licenses from 1992-97 Policy Eligible for Six-Month Revalidation if Expired, Subject to Conditions.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has announced the revalidation of Advance Licenses issued under the 1992-97 policy. These licenses, even if expired for over 30 months, can be revalidated for an additional six months, provided exports were completed but licenses remained unused due to expiration. Applications for revalidation must be submitted to the Regional Licensing Authority within 30 days of this notice's issuance. Revalidation is not applicable to licenses with transferability endorsements or those involved in misrepresentation or fraud. This measure is implemented in the public interest.
