A quantitative ceiling of 20 lakh metric tons is set for wheat exports, while wheat products can be exported without any quantitative restrictions. The Agriculture and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) is designated to issue Registration-cum-Allocation Certificates for these exports. This decision is made in the public interest.
