of <h1>Handbook of Procedures 1997-2002 Updated: Paragraphs 1(m) and 1(n) Deleted for Domestic Tariff Area Sales Guidelines.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures (Vol I) for the period 1997-2002, under the Export and Import Policy. Specifically, paragraphs 1(m) and 1(n) of Appendix 42, which provide guidelines for the sale of goods in the Domestic Tariff Area by Export Oriented Units, Free Trade Zones, Export Processing Zones, Electronic Hardware Technology Parks, and Software Technology Parks, have been deleted. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
