of <h1>Delhi Govt Launches Centralized Form Cell for Statutory Forms; Assessing Authorities Must Verify First-Time Applicants' Dues.</h1> Circular No. 10 of 2007-08 issued by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi announces the initiation of a Centralized Form Cell (CFC) for issuing statutory forms to dealers in KDU, Special Zone, and Zones I to IV. Assessing Authorities are instructed to send files of dealers needing forms, including those not listed by the EDP Cell and first-time applicants, to the CFC. Authorities must verify that there are no dues against first-time applicants before forwarding requests to the Value Added Tax Officer. This directive is approved by the Commissioner of Value Added Tax.
