of <h1>Delhi Establishes Centralized Forms Cell for Streamlined Issuance of Statutory Forms to Dealers, Effective October 1, 2007.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has established a Centralized Forms Cell (CFC) to streamline the issuance of Central Statutory Forms for dealers of Key Customer Services and Special Zone. Effective from October 1, 2007, the CFC is located at Vyapar Bhawan, New Delhi, and operates on all working days from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with applications accepted until 1:00 pm. The Forms Issuing Authority will process applications on the same day after verifying the necessary information. This initiative has been approved by the Commissioner of VAT.
