of <h1>New Guidelines for Exporters: How to Get Your RCMC from Export Promotion Councils Under Appendix 27.</h1> The circular issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade clarifies the process for obtaining a Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) from Export Promotion Councils. Exporters must apply to the council corresponding to their main line of business as outlined in Appendix 27 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol 1). However, they may also choose to join additional councils. This directive is approved by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
