For direct exports, an affidavit from an independent CA, a list of EPCG licences, and proof of using imported machinery are needed. For third-party exports, additional documents including a no-objection certificate and declarations from involved parties are required. Regional Licensing Authorities can process these cases following the outlined guidelines.
