of <h1>India Allocates 10,000 Metric Tons of Cane Sugar for EU Export Under Special Preferential Sugar Quota 2002-2003.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has allocated 10,000 metric tons of raw cane sugar for export to the European Union under the Special Preferential Sugar (SPS) quota for the year 2002-2003. The Indian Sugar EXIM Corporation Ltd. is designated as the sole authorized agency for this export. Exports must comply with the European Commission Regulation No. 2513/2001, with specific endorsements required for preferential sugar. This directive has been issued with the approval of the Director General of Foreign Trade.
