The Indian Sugar EXIM Corporation Ltd. is designated as the sole authorized agency for this export. The export must comply with the European Commission Regulation No. 2513/2001, which requires specific endorsements for preferential sugar exports. This decision is approved by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
