For specified drugs, the DEPB rate is calculated at 75% of the bulk drug rate, multiplied by the weight percentage. For non-specified drugs, the combined weight percentage is multiplied by a standard DEPB rate. The total DEPB rate for the formulation is the sum of these calculations. This method applies to exports made after the circular's issuance, with prior exports governed by an earlier circular.
