of <h1>DEPB Scheme Clarification: MS Galvanized Sheets/Strips and Stainless Steel Circles Exports Before April 1, 2000, Benefit Details.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade issued a clarification regarding the Duty Entitlement Pass Book (DEPB) scheme's applicability for certain engineering product exports. For exports of MS Galvanized Sheets/Strips made before April 1, 2000, the DEPB benefit should be granted under entry S.N. 363, as entry S.N. 91 pertains only to inputs that are both galvanized and coated. Similarly, for exports of 'Stainless Steel Circles' made before the same date, the DEPB benefit should be granted under entry S.N. 433 to ensure consistency, as some Customs Houses have already processed them under this entry. This decision is approved by the DGFT.
