<h1>Exim Bank India extends $50M credit line to Sudan for capital goods and machinery exports under Exim Policy.</h1> The Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) has established a Line of Credit (LOC) of USD 50 million with the Government of Sudan, effective from June 4, 2004. This credit is designated for financing exports of capital goods, plant and machinery, industrial products, consumer durables, and other eligible items under India's Exim Policy. The deadline for opening letters of credit is June 3, 2006, and for credit disbursement is December 3, 2006. No agency commission will be paid unless after-sales service is required, in which case a commission of up to 5% may be considered. Exporters must comply with the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.
