of <h1>Exporters' 365-day repatriation of export proceeds for listed products extended for shipments made up to Sept 30, 2003</h1> Extends the existing facility permitting manufacturer exporters, merchant exporters and traders with aggregate export contracts of Rs.100 crore or more to realize and repatriate full export proceeds within 365 days from date of shipment for specified product categories; operative effect: the 365-day realisation period is extended for shipments of the listed products made up to September 30, 2003. The listed products include pharmaceuticals, agro-chemicals, transport equipment, cement and related products, iron and steel, electrical machinery, leather, textiles, aluminium products, petroleum products, sugar and foodgrains.
