Special Task Forces at each Custom House must reconcile detained consignments with records, refer pending investigative or adjudicatory actions for completion, notify custodians of non-detained goods for auction, and complete reconciliation within a prescribed period, with quarterly Customs-custodian meetings to match pendency and update statuses.
