of <h1>India Revises Duty Drawback Rates Due to Customs and Excise Changes, Effective February 9, 2004.</h1> The Government of India has revised the All Industry Rates of duty drawback due to changes in Customs and Central Excise duties effective from January 8, 2004. This revision amends Notification No.26/2003-Customs (N.T.) dated April 1, 2003, and is formalized through Customs Notification (N.T.) No.12/2004, issued on January 29, 2004. The new rates will take effect from February 9, 2004. Relevant updates should be made to the EDI Directory and DAT drive promptly.
