of <h1>Customs Clarifies Legitimate Status of Gama Exims, Removes from Suspicious Exporters List; Update Records Now.</h1> The circular addresses attempts by fictitious or non-existent companies to claim duty drawbacks by falsely reporting exports. Initially, 27 companies were identified by the Commissioner of Customs (Preventive) in New Delhi as suspicious. However, it has been clarified that M/s. Gama Exims, listed as number 26, is a legitimate entity and should be removed from this list. Customs field officers are instructed to update their records accordingly, and acknowledgment of receipt of this circular is requested.
