of <h1>Transfer of Goods Between EOUs, EPZs, EHTPs, STPs, SEZs Allowed Under Exim Policy 2002-2007 with Approval.</h1> The circular addresses the transfer of capital and manufactured goods between units within Export Oriented Units (EOU), Export Processing Zones (EPZ), Electronic Hardware Technology Parks (EHTP), Software Technology Parks (STP), and Special Economic Zones (SEZ). It clarifies that such transfers are permissible under the Exim Policy 2002-2007, provided they have prior approval from relevant authorities. Amendments will be made to notification No.133/94-Customs to explicitly allow these transfers without duty payment. Public notice is advised to ensure awareness, and any implementation issues should be reported to the Board.
