of <h1>India Revises Industry Drawback Rates for 2001-2002, Effective November 26, 2001, per Notification No. 60/2001-Cus(N.T.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has amended the All Industry Rates of Drawback for 2001-2002, initially notified on June 1, 2001, and subsequently amended on June 22, 2001, and October 4, 2001. Following representations from Export Promotion Councils regarding low rates and caps, the government has revised these rates and caps for various product categories. The updated rates are effective from November 26, 2001, as per Notification No. 60/2001-Cus(N.T.). Relevant public notices and guidance for staff are to be issued accordingly. Acknowledgment of this circular is requested.
