This clarification comes after trade representations highlighted that only sacks and bags for packing goods were being considered for drawbacks, excluding other bags like shopping and handbags. The Board acknowledges the oversight and instructs that drawback claims should be processed accordingly. Public notices and staff guidance are to be issued based on this clarification.
