of <h1>Customs to Enforce DGFT Policy Circular for DEPB Benefits on Galvanised Exports, Safeguard Revenue, and Recover Excess Credits.</h1> The circular addresses the admissibility of DEPB benefits for the export of Galvanised CRGP/GC Coils and MS Galvanised Sheets or Strips. Following representations from trade and field formations, and discussions in DEPB Committee meetings with Steel Ministry representatives, the Board has decided that Customs Houses must implement the DGFT Policy Circular No. 19(RE-00)/2000-2001. They are to take steps to safeguard revenue and recover any excess DEPB credit previously granted for these exports under the incorrect entry number, ensuring compliance with the correct entry in the Engineering Group.
