The agreement, effective from March 8, 2013, mandates that at least 75% of the goods and services, including consultancy, must be sourced from India, while the remaining 25% can be procured internationally. The LOC allows for the opening of Letters of Credit and disbursements within 48 months for project exports and 72 months for supply contracts. No agency commission is payable under this LOC, though exporters may use personal resources for commission payments.
