of <h1>Correction Issued for Circular Number on Bank Guarantee Use in Precious Metal Imports; Update to Circular No. 5/2013-Cus.</h1> The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise & Customs, issued a corrigendum regarding the numbering of a circular related to the use of a single revolving bank guarantee for importing silver, gold, or platinum. The original Circular No. 30/2013-Cus dated 31.01.2013 was incorrectly numbered from the 2012 register and has been corrected to Circular No. 5/2013-Cus dated 31.01.2013. The circular requests that this correction be widely publicized through Trade/Public Notices and that receipt of the circular be acknowledged.
