The agreement, effective from April 27, 2012, mandates that at least 75% of the goods and services, including consultancy, must be sourced from India, while the remaining 25% can be procured internationally. The LOC is valid for 72 months from the execution date for supply contracts. Exporters must declare shipments under the LOC on GR/SDF Forms, and no agency commission is payable under this LOC.
