of <h1>Indo-Myanmar Border Trade Expanded: 22 New Commodities Added, Aligns with Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14 for Enhanced Trade Opportunities.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has updated the Indo-Myanmar Border Trade by adding 22 new commodities to the existing list, expanding the total to 62 tradable items. This revision supersedes previous notices and aligns with the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14. The newly added items include agricultural machinery, bicycles, coal, edible oil, electrical appliances, garments, medicines, rice, and sewing machines, among others. This update aims to enhance trade by permitting the import and export of these commodities for people residing along both sides of the Indo-Myanmar border according to customary practices.
