of <h1>Nationwide Softex procedure centralizes STPI software export declaration certification, streamlines reporting; for exporters with ?1,000 crore or 600 SOFTEX forms</h1> Revised Softex procedure implemented nationwide in all Software Technology Parks of India (STPIs), replacing prior limited-rollout, thereby centralizing and standardizing certification of software export declarations across all STPIs with immediate effect. Eligible software exporters - defined as those with annual turnover of at least Rs.1,000 crore or filing at least 600 SOFTEX forms annually on an all-India basis - are authorized to submit the prescribed statement in Excel format under the revised procedure, effectuating streamlined reporting and reduced form-by-form certification burdens. Issued by RBI.
