of <h1>Entities to Submit Reports in 'Test Mode' on FINnet Gateway from August 31, 2012, Per FEMA & PMLA Requirements.</h1> All authorized entities are instructed to begin submitting reports in 'Test Mode' on the FINnet Gateway starting August 31, 2012, to ensure readiness for electronic report uploads. This test phase will continue until the Financial Intelligence Unit-India (FIU-IND) announces the official 'go-live' date. Until then, entities must also continue submitting reports in CD format as previously required. These instructions are in accordance with the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. Entities should acknowledge receipt of this circular and contact the FIU Help Desk for any assistance.
