This change affects the export of Shea Stearine, with no alterations to the permissible quantity of import items or the description and quantity of export items. The amendment clarifies that 'Tonsil' is a brand name. Additionally, customs authorities are instructed to sample Shea Nuts for oil content verification, which will not delay import clearance.
