of <h1>Deadline Extended for DIN Holders to Update PAN Details: File Form DIN-4 by April 30, 2012 to Avoid Penalties.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the deadline for DIN holders to file form DIN-4 to update their PAN details until April 30, 2012. This extension follows previous circulars issued in 2011. All existing DIN holders who have not yet provided their PAN are urged to comply to avoid penalties. The circular requests professional bodies and chambers of commerce to publicize this extension among their members. Additionally, the DIN Cell will notify DIN holders via email and SMS to ensure compliance with the updated requirements.
