of <h1>New SION Entries E-129 and E-129A Added for Instant Fruit Juice Powder in DGFT Handbook Update.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has issued a public notice to update the Handbook of Procedures V.2 (2009-14) by adding two new Standard Input Output Norms (SION) for food products under Product Code 'E'. The new entries, E-129 and E-129A, pertain to Instant Fruit Juice Powder/Crystals with sugar and sugar-free variants. The notice specifies the quantities of relevant sugar, food additives, concentrates, flavors, and packing materials required for the production of 1 kg of these products. It also restricts the import of certain artificial sweetening agents and limits the cumulative quantity of food additives to 100 gms/kg.
