of <h1>Company Law Settlement Scheme 2011 extended to December 15, 2011, per Ministry's Circular No. 65/2011. Terms unchanged.</h1> The Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2011 has been extended until December 15, 2011, as per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' General Circular No. 65/2011 dated October 4, 2011. This extension follows previous circulars No. 59/2011 and No. 60/2011 issued in August 2011. All terms and conditions outlined in these earlier circulars remain unchanged. The circular is addressed to all Regional Directors and Registrars of Companies, with copies distributed to relevant parties within the ministry.
