of <h1>Ministry of Company Affairs Announces Key Updates: Office Relocation, Regulation Amendments, and Committee Tenure Extension.</h1> The Ministry of Company Affairs, Government of India, issued General Circular No. 11/2005 on October 7, 2005, to all Regional Directors and Registrars of Companies. The circular forwards three notifications published in the Gazette of India: an amendment to the Companies Regulations, 1956; the relocation of the Regional Director's Office (Northern Region) from Kanpur to NOIDA; and the extension of the tenure of the National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standards under Section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956. Recipients are requested to acknowledge receipt of these notifications.
