Condonation of delay in filing appeal - sufficient cause for delay or not - HELD THAT:- There are no reason to interfere - The civil appeals are, accordingly, dismissed. The Supreme Court, through Hon'ble Justices Dipankar Datta and Augustine George Masih, dismissed the civil appeals challenging the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal's (NCLAT) order dated 19th March 2025. The NCLAT had rejected the appellant's application for condonation of delay (I.A. No.1093/2025) in re-filing Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 319 of 2025, holding the appeal time-barred. Upon hearing the appellant's counsel, the Court found 'no reason to interfere' with the NCLAT's decision and accordingly dismissed the appeals, disposing of any pending applications.
