Versus SABA SIMRAN</h3> SC declined to interfere with HC order, condoning delay and dismissing the Special Leave Petition. All pending applications were disposed of by the bench ... Condonation of delay - Import of Baggage - Personal Effects - Detention and confiscation of gold ornaments by Customs authorities - HELD THAT:- Delay condoned. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and having gone through the materials on record, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The Supreme Court of India, through Justices J.B. Pardiwala and R. Mahadevan, after hearing counsel and reviewing the record, declined to interfere with the impugned High Court order. The Court 'condoned delay' but ultimately dismissed the Special Leave Petition. All pending applications were disposed of.
