Suspension of Customs House Agent's Licence - Held that: - The very fact that alleged violation is of the year 2005, as the import had taken place in September, 2005 and order of suspension was issued on 30-10-2006 itself would indicate that that there is no emergency which required that the licence be suspended - It appears that no show cause notice has been issued to the respondents herein, till date - appeal dismissed - decided against Revenue. The High Court of Judicature at Bombay dismissed an appeal regarding the suspension of a CHA licence due to a violation in 2004 related to an import in September 2005. The court found that there was no emergency warranting immediate suspension as the order was issued in 2006. No show cause notice was issued to the respondents, leading to the dismissal of the appeal.
