Versus Sri Gopikrishna Infrastructure Pvt Ltd Authorized Signatory & Ors. - TMI Summary:The Supreme Court, comprising Hon'ble Mr. Justice Pamidighantam Sri Narasimha and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Pankaj Mithal, granted leave and condoned the delay in re-filing. The appellants are directed to deposit 50% of the disputed amount within eight weeks, to be invested in an interest-bearing Fixed Deposit in a nationalised bank on an auto-renewal basis. The matter is scheduled for final hearing in March 2025. To facilitate submissions, Ms. Tulika Mukherjee and Mr. Aman Vachher are appointed nodal counsel for the appellants and respondents, respectively, responsible for coordinating and filing a common compilation pursuant to the Supreme Court Circular dated 22 August 2023.
