Matter requires consideration. Till the next date of listing, the respondents are restrained from taking further steps pursuant to the impugned notice dated 30 March 2024. The High Court of Delhi allowed exemption in CM APPL. 39798/2024. In W.P.(C) 9703/2024 & CM APPL. 39797/2024, the court issued a notice for reply within three weeks and restrained respondents from taking further steps.
