Seeking grant of Regular bail - Money Laundering - bail sought on medical grounds - applicant have argued that the applicant herein is 'sick' and 'infirm', and thus, should be granted regular bail in the present ECIR - twin conditions u/s 45 of PMLA satisfied or not - it was held by High Court that 'this Court is of the opinion that the applicant is not suffering from any life threatening condition or sickness or infirmity which involves danger to his life and for which treatment cannot be provided to the applicant in jail' - HELD THAT:- It is not required to interfere with the impugned judgment and hence, the special leave petition is dismissed. The Supreme Court dismissed the special leave petition and clarified that the dismissal would not impact any future application for regular bail. Pending applications were disposed of. Justices Sanjiv Khanna and S.V.N. Bhatti presided over the case. Mr. Ankur Bansal represented the petitioner.
