        <h1>Extension granted for filing spare copy in Special Leave Petition; non-compliance may lead to dismissal.</h1> The Supreme Court granted an extension of two weeks to file a spare copy in SLP(Civil) No.18331 of 2023. Failure to comply will lead to the dismissal of ... Assessment u/s 153A - unexplained investment - ITAT confirming the order passed by CIT(A) deleting the additions - As confirmed by HC [2022 (7) TMI 1095 - DELHI HIGH COURT] that both the CIT (A) as well as ITAT have given concurrent findings of fact that no incriminating materials had been seized during search. HELD THAT:- UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following Time to file spare copy is extended by a period of two weeks from today If the spare copy is not filed, the Special Leave Petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court. The Supreme Court extended the time to file a spare copy by two weeks in SLP(Civil) No.18331 of 2023. Failure to file the spare copy will result in the dismissal of the Special Leave Petition for non-prosecution.
