The appellant is granted bail on terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the trial Court apart from have been already stipulated - appeal disposed off. The Supreme Court of India granted bail to the appellant upon depositing a total of Rs. 200 crores in installments. The appeal has been disposed of accordingly.
