Dismissal of appeal for non prosecution - HELD THAT:- Matter was listed on 08.11.2019. This Court passed the following order: “Two weeks’ time is granted to Ld. counsel for the appellant to file the affidavit of valuation and deficit court fee.” The office report indicates that the appellant has not filed the affidavit of valuation and deficit court fee so far. Further four weeks’ time is granted to the appellant to file affidavit of valuation and deficit court fee. Failing to file the same, the Appeal shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution. The Supreme Court granted the appellant two weeks to file an affidavit of valuation and deficit court fee. An additional four weeks were given for the same. Failure to comply would result in the dismissal of the appeal for non-prosecution.
