The appeals are allowed and the common impugned judgment of the High Court is set aside in terms of the signed reportable judgment. The Supreme Court allowed the appeals in various SLP cases and set aside the impugned judgment of the High Court. The appeal in C.A. No. 723/1973 was disposed of in terms of the signed reportable judgment.
