Refund of IGST on goods exported - Held that:- The refund applications would be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks from the date the petitioners carry out the necessary modifications in the GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B forms and communicating it to the respondents - petition disposed off. The Bombay High Court granted a petition seeking a refund of integrated goods and service tax paid for exported goods amounting to Rs. 8.42 crores from July 2017 to January 2018. The respondents acknowledged technical difficulties in reconciling shipping bills and invoices but assured that the system has been rectified. The petitioners agreed to make necessary modifications within a week, and refund applications will be processed within 8 weeks after modifications are completed.
