Rectification of Mistake - non-applicability of the extended period – held that - non-applicability of extended period has not been discussed in the said Final Order - In the interest of principles of natural justice, we recall the said Final Order and rehear the matter. Thus, the ROM is allowed. The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Bangalore recalled a Final Order due to the non-discussion of the non-applicability of the extended period. The ROM application was allowed, and the appeal will be reheard on 2nd July, 2009.
