ID/ password for a partnership firm has been provided to the petitioner, but on logging with the said ID/password, he is not able to access the registration certificate of his partnership firm which is migrated to G.S.T. - Held that: - respondent may seek instructions if any arrangement has been made to resolve such kind of problems. The High Court of Allahabad heard a case regarding access issues with GST registration for a partnership firm. The petitioner's counsel raised concerns about technical problems preventing access to the registration certificate. The court directed for arrangements to be made to resolve the issue and scheduled the next hearing for September 12, 2017.
