The respondents shall also take into account the amounts deposited, while imposing any condition it warrants necessary - petition disposed off - decided partly in favor of petitioner. The Delhi High Court directed the respondents to expedite the process of considering the petitioner's application for provisional release of imported goods, with a decision to be made within two weeks. The court also noted the amounts deposited and allowed the petition partly.
