A sum of ₹ 6,62,000/- had earlier been admitted by the assessee during a disclosure as submitted by Mr. Khaitan - Held that:- We find no reason to entertain this special leave petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed. The Supreme Court dismissed the special leave petition after condoning the delay.
