Liberty is given to the petitioner to raise this contention before the Execution Court. SLP disposed off. The Supreme Court of India disposed of a Special Leave Petition regarding the jurisdiction of a commercial court to entertain an Execution Petition under the Commercial Courts Act. The delay was condoned, and the petitioner was given liberty to raise the jurisdictional contention before the Execution Court.
