Dollars - not a fit case to interfere with the discretion exercised by the Revisional authority β revenueβs petition is dismissed The High Court of Bombay reduced the redemption fine and personal penalty imposed on the petitioner in a revision case. The amount of currency involved was less than 5000 US dollars. The court upheld the Revisional Authority's decision, stating that the petitioner failed to make the declaration, and rejected the petition.
